The system integrates complex workflow and operations, such as build planning, comprehensive inventory management and the critical chemical analysis of powderbatches and test pieces.
Tom Dawes, Valuechain CEO, said “The TCT Show is one of the big Additive Manufacturing events in Europe, and we’re delighted to be attending this year.
The AM industry is huge at the moment, and it’s exciting to be involved with. We feel we can make a real contribution to the Additive Manufacturing industry, with DNAam, and the TCT show is the perfect place todemonstrate its ability.
The great part of DNAam, is that it streamlines a process that every additive manufacturing company has to do. It automatically and visually tracks powder throughout its entire lifecycle, and we’ll be demonstrating exactly how it works at TCT.
DNAam is the Valuechain’s latest development of theirsuccessful DNA series, which streamlines operations from quotation through to invoicing. With 6 versions already designed to tackle the problems facedby companies with specialised requirements; this version for additive manufacturers, provides support to another niche industry with complex production challenges.
DNAam has been successfully piloted with Airbus UK andadditive manufacturing specialists Zenith Tecnica, based in Auckland, New Zealand, and are looking to roll out the system to more companies, worldwide.
Valuechainwill be exhibiting in Hall 3, Stand B50.
