  • Create multiple NPI templates, which could vary for simple, rapid to complete, work packages, through to gated processes with complex bill of materials, involving several supply chain partners.
  • Add multiple gates and define their where they’re a milestone or to be completed in parallel, so you accurately digitalise your processes.
  • Assign one or several intelligent checklists (iQaptures) to each gate, to ensure maximum quality control.
  • Streamline robust contract review processes, and assign sections to be completed by the relevant department, team, or individual.

  • Either choose a project template or create a bespoke project, and enter project details including work package name, customer, value and target completion date.
  • Upload technical and commercial work package documents, and link them to projects, or tasks to keep all your information in one place.
  • Assign project responsibilities to team members, assigning owners of tasks, or allowing stakeholders to view only.
  • Project plans and schedules can be manually designed, or automatically created by reverse scheduling gate lead times from the project target date.
  • Add project activities that aren’t related to specific work package items, and assign them to individuals or teams, to ensure all tasks are carried out for the project.

  • Uploading work packages will automatically generate a Gannt chart, which displays all project activities and gates.

  • As project plans often change, authorised personnel can use the drag and drop Gannt chart functionality to change target dates and amend project teams and their responsibilities. All changes are kept in the secure project log for complete traceability.
  • Monitor team activity and progress by viewing activity status and overdue tasks. By using the allocated gate workload, live project plan status and individual calendars, you can view capacity profiles of individuals and teams.
  • Risks can be raised on a work package level, item, or specific gate item, by members contributing to activities. These are logged in the dynamic risk register, and assigned owners are notified by the change.
